As a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) at Tillo Health, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and quality care to elderly patients. • Assist elderly patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to geriatric patients.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and behaviors.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately.

• Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification.
• Compassionate and patient-centered care approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Empathy and understanding for the unique needs of elderly patients.
• Attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
