We are searching for a full-time or part-time Physical Therapy Assistant for our Clinton office in Maryland.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Patients in Exercise and Daily Tasks:
Provide guidance and support during exercise routines and daily functional tasks. Correct forms to ensure proper technique, motivate patients, and prioritize safety. - Review and Administer Treatment Plans:
Evaluate patients' conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and administer sessions accordingly. - Maintain Accurate Records:
Keep detailed records of treatment, progress, and relevant patient information. - Work with Diverse Populations:
Demonstrate proficiency and cultural sensitivity when working with individuals from various backgrounds. - Follow Post-Op Protocols:
Adhere to protocols for post-operative rehabilitation, coordinating with healthcare professionals for optimal recovery.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensing for physical therapy assistance is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive, nurturing environment
- Ability to work independently when DPT is not in the clinic
