Job SummaryAs a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work directly with children with autism in the home, school, or clinic setting. You will implement ABA treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA and track progress through daily data collection.
- Provide ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision
- Follow treatment plans and behavior intervention protocols
- Collect data each session and report progress to the clinical team
- Support skill development and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life
- Participate in supervision, coaching, and ongoing feedback
- Contribute to behavioral health goals as a mental health technician support role

Requirements- High school diploma
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
- Well‑organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback
- Willingness to complete RBT training (if not already certified)
- Interest in behavioral health as a behavioral health technician or mental health technician
