We are seeking a Security Specialist (Personnel Security) for an important initiative focused on ensuring U.S. Space Force compliance with SCI/SAP security requirements and managing day-to-day SAP operations. The role will support USSF in the execution of security policies, SAP facility compliance, and personnel security activities.

Location: Joint Base Andrews or the Pentagon (office required daily, no telecommute.)

Required Clearance: A currently active Top-Secret clearance with SCI.

Experience: 5+ years managing SAP environments and 3+ years in SCI environments.

• Assist in developing and executing approved policies for safeguarding Special Access and SCI.
• Program SAP, SCI and collateral data support U.S. military operations.
• Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on facility reviews, and facility close-outs.
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into SAP security education.
• Work with SAP systems such as JADE, SIC, etc., and manage nomination processes.
• Conduct SAP indoctrinations for approved government customers and update PSQ data according to SAP policy.
• Upload SAP indoctrination agreements and update member access as needed.
• Conduct SCI indoctrinations, process SCI Pre-screens, NDAs (SF312s), provide NATO read‑ons and process NATO certs.
• Approve visit access requests, foreign travel requests and verify clearances for network access (NIPR, SIPR, JWICS).
• Manage in‑processing and out‑processing inbound and outbound members.
• Provide administrative support, update tracking spreadsheets, security data, booking conference rooms, VTC equipment, ETMS2 support, and policy review.
• Track onboarding of all new government and contractor personnel, process CAC requests, and track required security training.
• Coordinate office spaces and communication lines for secured meetings.
• Assist with ETMS2 taskers and responses and prepare taskers for staff.
• Review, update, and track DD254 and supplemental documentation for HQ USSF contracts.

• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI.
• 5-10 years experience in Security and Information Technology.
• 5+ years experience in SAP environments.
• 3 years in SCI management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage team dynamics and represent ADV.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports as needed.
• Hands‑on experience with critical program information.
• Knowledge of appropriate security policy, principles & practices to resolve complex issues and implement security programs.

• Bachelor’s degree.
