Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute (Inpatient) Nocturnal
DaVita Kidney Care seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) looking to give life to patients in a hospital setting. RNs in this role work autonomously alongside hospital staff and nephrologists to assess, troubleshoot, and make sound decisions for critically ill patients.

- Dialysis experience is preferred.
- Shift will be evening/overnight hours; some flexibility possible on shift time.
- Training in depth and may take place in a facility or another training facility.
- Travel to various facilities during and after training; comfortable supporting multiple locations in the same day.
- Flexible schedule, able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Use critical nursing thinking skills; educate patients and families.
- Specialize in multiple renal therapies: hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), and apheresis.
- Deliver dialysis to patients at contracted healthcare systems in a hospital setting.
- Work in dynamic environments: ICU, CCU, ED, and more.
- Provide lifesaving care during scheduled and on‑call shifts; schedule may vary by patient need.

- Current and valid RN license in the state where practicing.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or a three‑year diploma from an accredited program.
- Willingness to float among multiple facilities, sometimes within the same day.
- Basic computer skills.
- Physical ability to lift 5–50 pounds unassisted.
- Hemodialysis nursing experience in an acute (inpatient) or chronic setting.
- Experience in Med/Surg, ICU, CCU, and/or ED.
