Registered Nurse – Dialysis
Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse – Dialysis in Clinton, MD. Nurses with experience in acute dialysis, catheter, graft and fistula care, blood vial collection, hemodialysis, or peritoneal dialysis are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities- Provide dialysis nursing care to patients on hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
- Assist with catheter insertion, graft and fistula care, and blood vial collection.
- Monitor and manage patients’ fluid status, dialysis parameters, medication list, and dialysis schedule.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- RN diploma degree or higher from an accredited nursing school.
- Active and unencumbered registered nurse license in the state of Maryland.
- Experience in acute dialysis, catheter, graft and fistula care, blood vial collection, hemodialysis, or peritoneal dialysis preferred.
