As a Medical-Surgical Stroke Registered Nurse, you provide direct care to adult patients on a 38-bed unit with medical-surgical, stroke, and telemetry needs. You perform comprehensive assessments, develop and update care plans, administer medications and monitor telemetry, and respond to changing conditions. You collaborate with physicians and the care team, educate patients and families, and support a safe, organized unit environment on rotating day/night shifts.
