Assistant Nursing Director

Oversee daily clinical operations for a Med-Surg unit, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care. Support bedside nurses through coaching and leadership, and coordinate patient flow and service delivery.

• Manage staffing, workflow, and resource needs to maintain clinical standards.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff; support performance management and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality measures, and established policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to promote patient-centered care.
• Promote evidence-based practice and participate in quality and patient-experience initiatives.
• Lead and support process improvements to strengthen clinical outcomes and care delivery.

• RN with leadership experience and strong clinical judgment.
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards, quality improvement, and patient safety practices.
• Ability to partner across disciplines and drive continuous improvement.
