Member Relationship Assistant Manager (onsite in Clinton, MA)

• Provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to members served by All One Credit Union.
• Supervise and schedule daily activities of Member Relationship Representative staff, ensuring adequate coverage and delegating duties.
• Coach and mentor staff, conduct performance evaluations, and provide training and motivation.
• Greet and welcome members and non‑members in a courteous and professional manner.
• Identify and fulfill members’ financial needs, achieving assigned member service and sales goals.
• Accommodate all member requests, including account openings, loan applications and routine bank transactions.
• Participate in branch operational tasks such as audits, cash settlements, daily recaps, ATM and cash recycler management, and month‑end reporting.
• Develop and deepen member relationships by resolving member issues efficiently and providing comprehensive product knowledge.
• Execute all sales, servicing, banking transactions and operational tasks accurately, following security and compliance policies.
• Complete monthly reports such as NSF and Charge‑Off Report and ensure all security equipment is operational.
• Open and close the branch to ensure systems are properly set and respond to alarms as needed.
• Assist the Member Relationship Manager with hiring and promotional recommendations, and administer supervisor overrides in accordance with limits.
• Adhere to all All One Credit Union policies and procedures and maintain compliance with BSA, OFAC, and other regulations.
