Papa is hiring part‑time companion caregivers in Clinton, MA. As a companion caregiver, also known as a Papa Pal, you will provide part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Your support will include help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly, offering friendly company. You’ll make a positive impact in your community through flexible work.

Earn up to $19.00/hr with bonuses. Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits is provided, depending on your location (not available everywhere). You can work on your own flexible schedule and use the mobile app to choose from hourly visit opportunities, typically 2–4 hours each, allowing you to create your own schedule around your life.

• Age 21 or older
• Ability to communicate in English
• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy
• Access to a smartphone
• Access to a vehicle from 2023 or newer
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required
• Kind‑hearted, patient, and caring personality
• Available to work two or more hours per week
