Advantage Truck Group Is Hiring Experienced Diesel Technicians

Location: Shrewsbury, MA

Advantage Truck Group (ATG), the largest DTNA dealer group in New England, is immediately hiring diesel technicians with 2 or more years of experience for 1st and 2nd shifts.

• $10,000 starting bonus ($5,000 with first paycheck, $5,000 at 90 days)
• $22 - $46/hour (based on experience)
• Monthly performance bonuses
• Overtime at time and a half
• Annual Tool & Safety Shoe Allowance

• First Shift: 8‑hour shift (6:30 am – 3:00 pm)
• Second Shift (Flexible schedules + $5 shift differential):
  Four 10‑Hour Shifts (2:00 pm – 12:30 am), Five 8‑Hour Shifts (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm)

• At least 2 years of diesel technician experience
• Current, valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50‑100 lbs. and work in physically demanding positions (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods)
• Technical/trade school certificate, dealership experience, CDL, and DOT health card are a plus
