A Day in the Life

As an entry‑level ABM, you will receive 18–24 months of paid training to master branch operations. After training, you’ll be assigned an autonomous branch to manage. Promotion to Branch Manager typically requires relocation; we provide full relocation package.

Key responsibilities include:

• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and recommending the right loan or voluntary products.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services and strategies to improve credit or consolidate debt.
• Assist in loan applications, payment reminders, loan evaluation, risk analysis, credit decision, loan closings, insurance claims processing.
• Support the Branch Manager via recruiting, training staff, developing plans to meet sales goals and reinforce core values, and ensuring outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required. Ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer‑facing sales experience (e.g., retail sales, goal‑oriented, incentive based) is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast‑paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products. Eligibility is based on a criminal background check conducted by the state’s department of insurance.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role. Full Relocation package is provided for moves more than 50 miles.
