Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including:

• Planning for each shift and monitoring performance during the shift.
• Ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Monitoring safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare a smooth transition.
• Meeting shift targets and supporting departments to reach goals.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule; enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.

• $11.00/hr to $14.00/hr starting pay
