• Meeting sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Hiring and training your team of Beauty Consultants.
• Ongoing team training.
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met.
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening and closing the business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership/Management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Compensation: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
