• Base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities, enabling an average salary of $40,000–$50,000; top performers earn even more.

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hire and train your team of Beauty Consultants.
• Conduct ongoing team training.
• Provide customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensure all company and legal policies, procedures, and requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash, and open/close the business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership/management experience.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Compensation: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year.
