We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate to support our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store visually appealingly, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

Pay range starting at $10.33/hr - $11.37/hr.

Please note that the pay range listed is a starting point; final salary will depend on factors such as education, location, meeting minimum role requirements, training, and experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customer return, leveraging your product knowledge and customer service skills
• Maintain assigned areas to visual standards
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add-on sales via benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram updates including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry
• Help keep the stockroom organized and the store tidy
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals
• Perform any additional duties assigned by your Store Leader

• Previous retail experience; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• You must be at least 16 years old
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds
