Lube Tech at Max Motors Dealerships

As a Lube Tech, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and lube services on customer vehicles, ensuring they are operating at their best. You will also assist our skilled technicians in diagnosing and repairing any issues that arise.

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services on a variety of vehicles
• Inspect vehicles for wear and tear and report any issues to the service manager
• Assist in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues as needed
• Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Uphold the dealership's high standards of customer service

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a lube tech or similar role
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures
  
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
