$15.00/hr - $18.00/hr

The Hourly Shift Lead is responsible for assisting the General Manager/Assistant Manager in the overall operation of the restaurant, including but not limited to directing the activities and performance of team members, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation, providing friendly and efficient guest service, and enforcing all company policy at all times. The Hourly Shift Lead will influence these areas by working closely with the General Manager to provide vision and leadership to team members.

• Ability to stand and move with well‑paced mobility for periods of up to 12 hours, and lift 25‑50 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years of age upon date of hire.
