Position Details

• Full Time – Entry-Level

• Directs:
  All Liquor Associates

Daily Operations

• Providing exceptional service in a clean and friendly atmosphere
• Scheduling and supervising liquor associates, merchandising, controlling shrink, pricing, dating products, inventory management, and product rotation
• Establishing cleaning routines for display cases, backroom areas, and coolers

Company Standards

• Maintaining a well-trained staff and good communication with other departments
• Following guidelines regarding product shelf life and safety standards
• Ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, security policies, and governmental laws, including s
• Adhering to cash handling policies to minimize cash over/short
• Following dress code and wearing name tags

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes occasionally, exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently, and 10-20 lbs. constantly. Must have dexterity in both hands, stand and move about various workstations, and handle knives and sharp tools safely. Ability to work on slippery floors is required.
