The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, fulfilling all of the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and be able to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and on time.
• Perform store-specific measurements.
• Conduct accurate cycle counts.
• Complete the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Ask to add value, and Appreciate the customer.
• Ensure customers have a shopping experience that stands out from the competition.
• Provide peak coverage as needed, e.g., Day After Thanksgiving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is necessary regardless of education level.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution ability.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance required to complete tasks.

• Generally indoor with moderate noise.
• Shifts vary, typically no less than 4 hours and may exceed 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often for extended periods.
• Follow safety guidelines to promote a safe work environment.
• Work on hard surfaces like concrete or asphalt; lighting and temperature are adequate.

• Travel as needed for district support.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment including computers and cash registers.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all required training successfully.
• Operate equipment like dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, etc., where applicable.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Drive a vehicle.
• Stand and walk for entire shifts.
• Reach overhead and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Move quickly and safely throughout the store and outdoor areas.

This overview is not exhaustive. Duties may be assigned by supervisors as needed.
