Additional responsibilities include maintaining the accuracy of the accounting functions at store level.

Daily Operations

• Providing exceptional service to all clientele
• Becoming knowledgeable in the Office Manager position through training and staying updated on current policies
• Training team members on cashier policies while mentoring and coaching them
• Maintaining accounting functions at store level, including settling tills, preparing deposits, ensuring proper handling, issuing tills to cashiers, monitoring cashiers, and answering the phone
• Assisting in other areas as needed

Company Standards

• Communicating with the appropriate office management and staying educated on all company policies and procedures
• Maintaining records in compliance with government regulations and company policies
• Adhering to all company policies, including dress code and name tag enforcement

Basic Functions and Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes occasionally and exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently, or 10/20 lbs. constantly while moving and handling materials. Must have dexterous use of both hands. Must be able to stand and move about various workstations. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items as needed. Use of knives and other sharp instruments for food preparation or product removal from boxes is required.

This is medium work requiring good, corrected vision and hearing, and the ability to lift, carry, stoop, kneel, stand, reach, push, and pull. Work may involve slippery floors.
