• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Conduct vehicle walk‑around and explain features and benefits
• Conduct test drives and provide customers with a memorable experience
• Make recommendations based on customer’s needs and budget
• Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long‑term relationships
• Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and competitive advantages
• Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the dealership

• Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
