24 hour call shifts 7A - 7A

Bread and Butter GS:

Hernia repair, cholecystectomy, breast surgery, "lumps and bumps," abscess drainage, endoscopy (EGD and colonoscopy), appendectomy, small bowel and colon surgery.

Call coverage only.

Clean background HIGHLY preferred. Board Certification Required.

NO RECENT OR OPEN MALPRACTICE CASES

Malpractice or disciplinary information must be included before candidate will be considered.

Please include NPI# in candidate bid. Provider must be NC Medicaid credentialed.

Must have active NC license and NC DEA (NC address).

Surgeon will be provided hospital owned individual apartments onsite. Very nice and clean, cable and Wi-Fi.

Any travel expenses will be capped at $500.00. This includes airfare, rental car OR mileage (not both).

Call type: physician will be on-call for services, and bylaws require them to be within 20 minutes of the facility. Preferred housing, again, is on-site in hospital-owned apartments.

Meditech 6.1 is current EMR.

Need 4 - 6 hours gratis daily. We prefer to have gratis hours bulked

PLEASE INCLUDE MALPRACTICE INSURANCE IN DAILY RATE

PROVIDERS MUST BE CREDENTIALED WITH MEDICARE AND ENROLLED WITH PECOS AS A PROVIDER.
