- Emergency room sees 18‑20 patients per 12‑hour shift
- Solo emergency room coverage
- Provider must be NC Medicaid credentialed and enrolled in PECOS
- Potential for ongoing coverage in 2026
- Annual patient volume of 32,000
- Open ICU with 1 physician and 2 mid‑level split coverage
