We are seeking dedicated professionals committed to excellence in emergency medicine and patient-centered care.
Required Skills:
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Emergency Medicine
- Valid medical license to practice in North Carolina
- NC Medicaid credentialed and enrolled in PECOS
- Proficiency in EMR systems, preferably Meditech 6.1
- Ability to perform standard solo ER coverage during 12-hour shifts
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Skills:
- Prior experience in high-volume emergency departments
- Certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Experience working in a hospital setting with open ICU facilities
- Familiarity with split coverage models involving mid-level providers
Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Currently licensed or eligible for licensure in North Carolina
- Up to 3 years of post-residency experience; board eligibility considered
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
- Willingness to cover a variety of open dates as scheduled starting from March 23, 2026
- Travel expenses capped at $500 when applicable
Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
