• Safety and Compliance:
  Perform daily inspections, lead safety audits, and ensure HACCP/USDA guidelines.
• Product Quality and Training:
  Enforce Food Safety plans, train employees, ensure tasks meet product specs.
• Operational Efficiency:
  Track and analyze yields, work with Ops to improve workflows, reduce costs.
• Team Leadership and Communication:
  Guide hourly employees, align on safety, quality, and production goals; lead line meetings.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Analyze product metrics, identify improvements, suggest changes to enhance efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, 2+ years relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Experience leading training/mentoring or managing process/project.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with solid analytical/mathematical abilities.
• Skilled at motivating and coaching to achieve peak performance.
• Adaptable to fast‑paced environments, willing to work long hours and weekends.
• Opportunities to travel up to 5% of time.

• Proficiency with SAP, internet tools, spreadsheets, Word, order processing, inventory software.
• Experience in food processing, leadership, manufacturing; knowledge of yields and plant efficiencies.
• Bilingual adds benefit.

• Work in wet/humid, extreme heat/cold, near moving parts, exposure to fumes, chemicals.
• Noise moderate-to-loud.
• Occasionally lift or move up to 50 lb.
• Vision and hand use required.
• Frequent standing, walking, handling.
