We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor who will oversee nursing staff and ensure high‑quality patient care.

• Assure the best patient care possible by supervising the facility and directing nursing staff during shifts.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in directing, coordinating, and supervising the Nursing Services Department.
• Supervise nursing services for the facility during shifts in accordance with the Nursing Practice Act, facility policies, procedures, and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Supervise and assist nurses with patients during acute episodes.
• Address employee issues promptly and document actions.
• Assume on‑call responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school graduate.
• Registered Nurse with a degree from an accredited School of Nursing and a current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing. Must submit proof of license renewal every other year.
• Provide quality‑nursing care to patients, follow doctor orders, and have a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
• CPR certified yearly.
• Attend in‑service training and other staff meetings as required.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff ensuring work assignments are completed appropriately and timely.
• Read, understand, and follow personnel, department, and facility policies and procedures, and adhere to local, state, and federal requirements.
• Long‑term care experience preferred.
