Sampson Regional Medical Center is seeking Registered Nursing students in their final semester to join the Transition to Professional Practice (TOP RN) program. The program offers progressive nurse-to-patient ratios and a pathway to full-time employment after licensure.
Participants will be temporary employees with mentorship, hands-on experience, and a $1,000 incentive. Pre-employment screening and onboarding are required; transition to a full-time RN is possible after licensure.
