As a Security Officer - Armed Government Patrol in Clinton, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer, where you'll monitor and patrol government locations to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. This role involves routine patrols, visible engagement with the community, and delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verifying credentials and maintaining awareness of all individuals on the premises.
• Assist law enforcement or emergency personnel as requested, following established protocols.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal procedures.
• Remain alert and attentive to surroundings, helping to deter prohibited items or contraband within the location.
• Participate in ongoing training and maintain required certifications for armed positions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
