Full‑time position in Clinton, NC, with travel across Sampson, Bladen, Columbus, and Robeson counties.
DescriptionAt Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full‑time Child First Family Resource Partner (FRP) to serve families impacted by adversity.
Your Role- Work with a licensed clinician to deliver home‑based services that strengthen caregiver‑child relationships.
- Coordinate access to needed services and support family assessments and planning.
- Help families navigate systems such as mental health, DSS, and housing.
- Travel across the specified counties to provide services.

Compensation & Benefits- Competitive hourly rate: $21 per hour for a full‑time, benefits‑eligible position.

- Bachelor’s degree in child development, psychology, human services, or a related field.
- Preferred: 3+ years working with diverse families and children under the age of 6.
- Knowledge of early childhood development and family risk factors.
- Familiarity with local community services and systems.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, Creole, etc.) are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
