Job DescriptionWe are searching for qualified pizza makers with personality and people skills. We’re growing quickly and we have many opportunities for advancement, from delivery driver to franchise owner or management.

Job Requirements- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally and via telephone.
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
- Ability to make correct monetary change.
- Motor coordination and ability to use computer or touchscreen.
- Navigation skills for delivery within designated area.
Job Duties For All Store Team Members
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility daily.
Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.
Communication Skills- Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
- Exact arithmetic and change making.
- Verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands for rapid, accurate movements.
- Typing or touch‑screen order entry.
- Navigation to locate addresses within delivery area.
- Drive in varying conditions and carry product over diverse terrain.
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather, temperature extremes, fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F, sharp edges, mechanical parts, and delivery challenges.
Sensing- Telephone talking and hearing.
- Near and mid‑range vision for in‑store tasks.
- Depth perception.
- Differentiation of hot and cold surfaces.
- Far vision and night vision for driving.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, manage stress, meet quality control standards, collaborate with people, analyze data, and make decisions.
