Summary
This program returns practice ownership to practitioners, covering setup costs and providing ongoing operational support. After establishing your practice, ownership is transferred to you, empowering your future growth.
Practitioner Roles and Responsibilities
- Assess patient health through interviews and examinations, update medical histories
- Document patient care in records
- Provide outpatient services by appointment
- Offer health maintenance, education, and disease prevention
- Conduct well-women gynecological exams and screenings
- Educate patients on health topics
- Stay current with immunization schedules and clinic protocols
- Order and evaluate labs and imaging
- Maintain licensure, DEA, and prescriptive authority
- Participate in community health activities
- Report complex cases to the Medical Director
- Engage effectively with patients and team members
Qualifications
- Valid license as an NP or PA in Oklahoma
- Graduate of an accredited NP program
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in EMR systems
- Committed to professional development
