Woodbridge Clinton Senior Living is hiring a full‑time Activities Director to join our team. We seek a self‑motivated professional who works with elderly residents with creativity and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate is passionate about enriching the lives of our residents daily. Woodbridge Clinton prides itself on employing only the best, and we want an Activities Director who strives to be the very best and wants to improve and enhance our community and resident lives.

• Assess each resident to determine activity interests and needs.
• Provide therapeutic activities that meet each resident’s interests and needs.
• Provide activities that meet the physical, social, mental, emotional, and/or spiritual needs of residents while fostering a fun and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Offer recreational activities that stimulate while promoting and enhancing the resident’s physical and mental health.
• Provide at least one different structured recreational activity daily each week that accommodates resident needs, interests, and capabilities as indicated in the ICPs.
• Provide age‑appropriate activities.
• Develop and implement recreational programs daily.
• Obtain and maintain recreational supplies.
• Maintain a monthly schedule posted on the first of each month, including dates, times, and locations of activities.
• Chart monthly resident involvement in activities.
• Perform other tasks requested by the management team.
• Stay alert and attentive during all scheduled work hours.
• Maintain good public relations with the community by contacting local clubs, businesses, schools, etc. to promote center services and goals.
