• Lead and execute all day‑to‑day HR operations
  , including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment
  , interviewing, hiring, and workforce planning to meet staffing needs
• Provide direct, hands‑on employee relations support
  , including coaching managers, conducting investigations, and resolving concerns promptly
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  , maintaining accurate documentation and HR practices
• Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compensation practices
• Support and administer performance management processes
  , including coaching and corrective action when needed
• Maintain HR systems, employee records, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Partner closely with department leaders on staffing, engagement, and retention strategies
• Lead onboarding and orientation to ensure a strong employee experience from day one
• Plan and support employee engagement activities that strengthen morale and teamwork

• Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  Bachelor’s preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience; preferably in healthcare, senior living, or a similar environment
• Proven ability to manage both strategic priorities and hands‑on HR execution
• Strong employee relations background with experience handling sensitive issues and conflict resolution
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment with shifting priorities
