Triage Nurse‑LPN
Carolina Health Centers, Inc.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1‑hour lunch)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Triage Nurse. This role is essential in ensuring smooth patient communication and office operations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform telephone triage for the office, assessing patient needs and providing appropriate guidance.
- Complete paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Float and assist with various duties throughout the office as needed.
- Conduct nurse visits and provide patient care in accordance with clinical protocols.
- Perform lab work, including specimen collection and processing.
- Current and valid LPN license.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in triage or clinical setting preferred.
