Certified Nursing Assistant - Full Time - 2nd Shift (2:30p-10:30p)

• Provide hands‑on support with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Follow individualized care plans for each resident.
• Create a warm, home‑like environment.
• Monitor and report changes in resident health.
• Maintain a clean, safe, DHEC‑compliant living space.
• Work closely with nurses, families, and the care team.
• Maintain documentation and safety standards.
• Availability on weekends & holidays required.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Certified Nursing Assistant license.
• CPR Certification.
• 1‑3 years of CNA experience.
