LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Full‑time position, 12 hour / shift, at NHC Clinton located in South Carolina upstate, short drive from Greenville.
Responsibilities- Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized plans of care.
- Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families.
- Assure that appropriate nursing care is being provided, assist with meds and treatments as needed, and perform other patient care duties as assigned.
