LPN - Full Time12 hour / shift
NHC Clinton, located in the South Carolina upstate and a short drive from Greenville, has a need for an LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse. This beautiful 131 bed skilled nursing facility is looking for the LPN with a positive attitude, dependable and punctual and a quick learner with electronic documentation.
Responsibilities- Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized plans of care
- Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families
- Assure that appropriate nursing care is being provided
- Assist with meds and treatments as needed
- Other patient care duties as assigned
