We are partnered with over 25 industry-leading carriers to offer a broad portfolio of products for clients.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates and minimize time spent on lead hunting.
  • Client Consultation:
    Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting suitable life insurance options.
  • Sales Presentation:
    Deliver presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address client concerns and preferences.
  • Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain long-term client relationships, with regular follow-ups for satisfaction and policy retention.
  • Market Research:
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position products effectively.
  • Sales Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of activities and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; able to work independently.
  • Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (assistance provided to acquire licensure).
Compensation

Pay: 100% commission-based plus incentives with no caps. Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly. Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client’s sale. Ranges are based on the average rep in current markets.
