As an Automotive Technician / Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and fixing vehicles while ensuring our customers receive the best service possible. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our valued customers.
• Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer needs.
• Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and deliver outstanding results.

If you’re ready to take your career to the next level, here are the qualifications we seek:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve customers.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals consistently.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and processes.
• A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A commitment to long-term career development.

To thrive in this role, you should be able to:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Navigate tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Demonstrate dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Stand or walk for the majority of your workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Effectively navigate a computer for diagnostics and reporting.
