Job Description

As a Machine Operator in our Extrusion department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet customer specifications. You will utilize standard tools and measuring devices to monitor and maintain product quality, focusing on the even and neat wrapping of the final product around the reel.

• Utilize standard tools and measuring devices to ensure product quality.
• Catch and address basic abnormalities in the production process.
• Ensure the final product is wrapped around the reel evenly and neatly.
• Maintain a high standard of product quality.

• Experience in machine operation.
• Experience as an extrusion operator.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Eagerness to learn new skills.

• Experience in manufacturing and production environments.
• Familiarity with operation procedures and machine learning concepts.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, predominantly climate-controlled manufacturing facility with a team-oriented atmosphere. Choose from flexible shifts: 1st shift (7am-3:30pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm), or 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clinton, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 – $20.50/hr.
