U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machine tools such as lathes, mills, and grinders that are controlled by a computer to produce precision metal or plastic parts.
• Set up machines, write and test programs, and make adjustments as needed.
• Some assembly work required.

Education / Experience:

• High School diploma or associate degree required.
• 2- 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing / machine shop environmen t.
• Haas 5-Axis CNC experience required.
• Experience programming toolpaths with Fusion 360 software is required.
  • Integrated CAD/CAM :
    Fusion 360 is unique in that it combines both CAD (designing the model) and CAM (creating toolpaths for manufacturing) capabilities within a single software, allowing users to seamlessly transition between the two functions on the same model.
  • Toolpath Creation :
    When you "load a toolpath" in Fusion 360, you are essentially defining the cutting movements a CNC machine will take to fabricate the designed part based on selected tools and machining strategies.
  • Familiarity with 5S standards and ISO 9001.

• Ability to interpret and work to detailed drawings and assembly work instructions.
• Ability to read blueprint diagram schematic s.
