We are hiring Machine Operators & Production Assemblers for a large manufacturing company in Clinton, TN!

* Starting pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour

* 12-hour shifts: 5:00 AM or 5:00 PM

* Contract-to-hire opportunity

The manufacturing team plays a vital role in crafting high-quality automotive parts, from the exciting process of aluminum melting and casting all the way through to the final stages. This dynamic role demands exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus.

• Pay: $18.00 per hour with a night shift differential
• Attire: Short sleeve shirt, durable pants, safety glasses, and safety shoes (steel or composite depending on department)

• Read and write English fluently
• Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Maintain concentration throughout the shift to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain awareness of daily production quotas and work to achieve them
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Capable of standing for long periods of time
• Strong concentration and attention to detail
• Proficiency in reading and transcribing numerical data
• Awareness of and commitment to meeting daily production goals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production setting
