• Provide efficient and courteous customer service in support of the company mission to “Run the Best Store in Town!”
• Maintain a positive attitude, fostering friendliness and teamwork.
• Create a friendly, customer‑first environment by greeting shoppers and providing prompt service.
• Ensure self‑service items are properly packaged, weight‑accurate, and labeled with correct ingredients.
• Follow the company Food Safety program.
• Assist in stocking, rotating, and arranging products in coolers and display cases.
• Receive, order, and price all processed meats and other product categories.
• Maintain neat, clean appearances in all display areas and on workstations.
• Sanitize and clean the department at least twice a day.
• Adhere to company time and attendance policies by attending scheduled shifts and reporting on‑time.
• Perform light cutting work as needed.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Physical, mental, and visual demands of the role must be met.
• Ability to comprehend verbal and written instructions and perform routine, repetitive tasks while interacting with various stakeholders.
• Willingness to attend on‑site work during scheduled shifts and adhere to attendance policies.
