• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to supporting clients compassionately and professionally.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
