Salary: £39,862 to £42,839 per annum

Job Type: Part Time

We are looking to appoint two Building Control Surveyors (one full-time, one part-time) to join our Building Control Team. The post holder will work in a picturesque rural Borough and help to ensure new buildings, alterations, installations and extensions meet the regulatory standards of safety, sustainability, accessibility and design.

Requirements:

• Registered with the Building Safety Regulator as a Class 2a (minimum) Building Inspector.
• Relevant degree and a minimum of two years’ experience in a Building Control section.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
