About the Role

A vibrant and high‑achieving secondary school in Clitheroe is seeking an enthusiastic MFL Teacher specialising in French to join their team from April 2026 to December 2026. This is a full‑time role covering KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to make a real impact on students’ language learning and cultural understanding.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering engaging and well‑structured French lessons across KS3–KS4
Inspiring students through innovative teaching and creative language activities
Planning, assessing, and tracking pupil progress
Contributing to the wider MFL department and whole‑school initiatives
Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
What We’re Looking For

A passionate and dedicated MFL specialist with a strong background in French
QTS (or equivalent) and experience teaching in a UK secondary school
Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
A commitment to high standards and student achievement
The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
