Brentwood Borough Council is seeking a Building Control Surveyor to join our Building Control Team. The post holder will ensure new buildings and major alterations meet safety, sustainability, accessibility and design standards.
You must be registered with the Building Safety Regulator as a Class 2a inspector, hold a relevant degree, and be a member of RICS or CABE with a minimum of two years’ experience in Building Control. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
