Ribble Valley Borough Council is seeking a Building Control Surveyor to join the Building Control Team. The role focuses on ensuring new buildings, alterations, installations and extensions comply with safety, sustainability, accessibility and design standards.
You will be registered with the Building Safety Regulator as a Class 2a Inspector, hold a relevant degree, and be a member of RICS or CABE with at least two years’ experience. A full driving licence and work vehicle are essential.
