Night Time Senior Carers- Vigilant, noticing subtle changes in health, mood or behaviour.
- Problem‑solving, able to navigate health concerns, mobility issues or communication barriers.
- Experience leading small teams, medication administration and care‑planning oversight.
- Culturally sensitive, respecting generational values, differences and preferences.
- Organised with high standards.
- Safety conscious.
- Team player, working with others to ensure the best possible care for residents.
- A genuine passion for elderly care and person‑centred support.
